Situated on the ground floor of a detached home in Six-Fours, this room offers a lovely view of the garden. It has an independent entrance, providing privacy and tranquility for guests. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, only 700 meters away from the city center and at the base of Fort de Six-Fours and the college.

Guests will have access to private parking within the property. The room is furnished with a comfortable 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi. The private bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin. There is also a pine chest of drawers for storing clothes, and fresh sheets and towels are provided for convenience.

Adjacent to the bed and breakfast room, there is another space with a sofa bed, suitable for accommodating two children or two adults. An extra bed is also available if needed.

The nightly rate for this room ranges from 65 to 100, depending on the season and the number of nights. There is an additional charge of 10 per child, regardless of the time of year.

Smoking is allowed outside in the garden, but not inside the home.

The room is available for check-in from 15:00 and check-out is required by 10:30, unless there are special requests. A security deposit of 100 is required upon arrival, but it will be returned at check-out. Prepayment by check is accepted, but cash is preferred for payment upon arrival.
