There is a free car park nearby for your convenience. This flat is ideal for tourism in the Loire Valley, offering opportunities for cycling and exploring the countless castles in the area. For those interested in wine, the first vineyards are just 2 kilometers away and can be easily reached on foot. There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay, including exploring the Loire Valley, cycling along the scenic bike track, and sampling the exquisite wines from the region. As locals, we are more than happy to recommend off-the-beaten-path places, scenic walking trails, and delightful wine cellars. The flat, situated in a centuries-old Tuffeau house with charming beams, offers a south-facing private terrace where you can unwind. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom/living room, and the high-quality convertible sofa (2016) provides ample space for relaxation or even dancing to your favorite tunes on the hi-fi sound system. Bed linen, towels, and teatowels are available for an additional fee of six euros per person per stay.
The well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom cater to all your needs. Families with babies and young children are welcome, as we provide a crib, high chair, and child-friendly crockery. Stay connected with our internet access and make use of the provided mobile phone if needed. Cable TV offers a wide range of channels, including foreign options. A large parking area, bus stop, shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a minute away. The historical neighborhood, nestled by the Loire River, is perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides along the "Loire à vélo" cycle track. For jogging or simply relaxing, a spacious park with tennis courts awaits you by the riverside.
If our schedules align, we would be delighted to welcome you with a glass of the renowned local VOUVRAY sparkling wine, produced just 5 kilometers away. And if you're lucky, you may even have the opportunity to indulge in a rejuvenating jacuzzi session at our place. Bikes are available free of charge for exploring the city.
Your privacy is assured in this independent space, with the exception of the shared yard among various tenants. You will have access to a designated area for bikes and garden furniture, as well as a washing machine.

If you're looking for some relaxation, a jacuzzi is available at my place for a small fee, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and engage in friendly conversation, if we are around and available.

A grocery store, bakery, butcher, newsstand, bus stop, and the delightful footbridge over the LOIRE are all within reach.
Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just 100 meters away. Bus number 17 offers direct access to and from the train station and city center. Alternatively, a 12-minute walk will lead you to the tramway, which also connects to the city center and train station. If available, I can even pick you up from the bus or train station, or the airport. Multiple parking options are available, with most of them being free and no more than 200 meters away.

I can assist you with the directions and provide a document. If you are arriving by plane and we happen to be nearby, we will pick you up from the airport. In case you are arriving by train, it is a simple 20-minute walk or you can take a direct bus, making it incredibly convenient.
