The house is conveniently situated at the entrance of La Possonnière village, accessible from Bouchemaine (Angers is approximately 17km away).Surrounding area highlights include the tavern "Vortices," the Inn of the priory, the beautiful Loire River, the Loire river circuit, the Ark, and the kangaroo garden. Other nearby attractions include Savennières with its picturesque church, local winemakers, Ash (ideal for receptions and weddings), Béhuard (an island), Louët Rochefort, the racecourse, and the swimming pool. Chalonnes offers opportunities for swimming and canoeing, and there is a market as well.
The place itself provides a tranquil atmosphere, with ample parking space for your car and a garage for bike storage.
For breakfast, guests can enjoy homemade bread, jam, fruits, pancakes, or brioche.
Additional amenities include WiFi access, a terrace, and garden furniture.
