It includes a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Additionally, there is a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.

2. There is a separate bedroom featuring a comfortable large bed measuring 1m60. It is accompanied by a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, Internet and television access, and the option for air conditioning.

3. The bathroom has been remodeled and includes a shower, a sink unit, an integrated toilet, and an additional sink.

4. Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and provides parking space for a car.
