La Belladona is a spacious villa with a building surface of 627 m², spread out over two floors. The ground floor accommodates up to 15 people and features various main rooms. The entrance hall is a generous 75 m², leading to a large dining room capable of seating up to 32 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen is expansive, complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen also includes a dining area for up to 12 people. Additionally, there is a cellar measuring 25 m², equipped with traditional wine storage racks, which is accessible through the kitchen. The first living room, spanning 25 m², is furnished with period furniture and offers entertainment options such as a hi-fi system, a 40’’ flat screen TV, satellite connection, MP3, DVD, and DivX.

The ground floor also includes three bathrooms. The first bathroom, with a surface area of 12 m², is conveniently located between the kitchen and the first living room and is designed to be handicapped accessible. It includes a hand basin, shower, and WC. The other two bathrooms, each covering 16 m², are situated at the back of the house and provide a shower, WC, and hand basin.
