The rooms and junior suites have recently been renovated inside an ancient farmhouse, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is typical of the charming houses in the Umbrian hills. These accommodations are adorned with a combination of antique furniture and contemporary artwork by Stefania Fior. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and heating facilities. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing beautiful wooden beams and a large terrace door. Surrounding the house is a spacious garden filled with trees, as well as a secluded pool nestled amongst the woods, meadows, and olive groves. Additionally, there is a serene river located over 400 meters away, ensconced within the stunning hills and hidden from view.

The breakfast room is conveniently located on the ground floor. Within this space, a delightful buffet is served next to a cozy fireplace. You can indulge in homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these delectable treats are our own jams, made from fruits carefully cultivated without the use of pesticides and with natural fertilizers. Spread these delightful preserves on slices of typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread, freshly baked in our ovens. Additionally, fresh seasonal fruit is available, along with coffee and milk to complete your morning meal.
