Description for Gite
This gite is located in the town of Cavron-ST-MARTIN in the Pas de Calais region. It is conveniently situated in the center of the village and is adjacent to the owner's cottage. The gite is spread over two floors and has a total space of 80 m².The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a dining area. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed, a cot, and a high chair available.
The bathroom and toilet are separate. Please note that there is a tourist tax that needs to be paid separately. If you bring pets, there is a mandatory house cleaning charge of 30 euros. The charges for electricity, gas, and water are included in the price.
The gite is equipped with a private laundry, dryer, dishwasher, TV, telephone, microwave, and a barbecue. It also has a fenced garden and a playground for children. The heating system includes electric heating and oil heating. Linen rental and cleaning services are available.
There is a terrace and a garden where you can relax and enjoy your stay. The gite also has oil heating for your comfort.
