Smoking is not allowed. The housing is easily accessible by foot. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 gas burners, electric oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and double sinks. The living room and dining area feature a table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, a sofa bed, and a TV. There are 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, the second with two single beds, bedside table, and wardrobe, and the third with bunk beds, bedside table, and wardrobe.
