This house has been beautifully restored and offers a comfortable living space with a lounge/dining room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The spacious living room features a charming fireplace, along with a sofa, chair, TV, and furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140-sized bed, while another bedroom offers two twin beds measuring 90 each. There are also two more bedrooms, each with a single bed measuring 90. A cot is also available for those traveling with a baby.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden and make use of amenities such as a parasol, sunbeds, and a barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Directions
To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these directions: Head east on the D613 (Route de Paris) for approximately 14km until you reach Vimont. At Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives). Continue on this road until you reach a roundabout, where you should take the second exit onto the D80. Follow the D80 for 2 km, then make a left turn onto the D232, leading you to the chapel of Beneauville. After driving for 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
