Situated at an altitude of 420 meters, facing the majestic Pyrénées, this delightful family cottage offers a breathtakingly beautiful view. Nestled within a vast garden spanning 5000m², adorned with towering trees and featuring a charming terrace, this enchanting retreat provides the perfect setting for relaxation. With its 5 spacious bedrooms, a generous living-room measuring 52m², and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, our cottage comfortably accommodates up to 13-16 guests.

Description for Gite

This cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious lounge features a fireplace, TV, and DVD player. There is also a dining room and an office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed. A toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms, three of which have balconies. There are two bathrooms and a shower room, as well as a separate toilet. The cottage is heated with oil central heating.

Conveniently located nearby is a bakery, and all other shops can be found just 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away and offers direct trains to Paris. Tennis courts are 2 km away, while a golf course is 6 km away. There is also a lake just 500 m away, and downhill skiing is available 30 km away. Additionally, there is a casino 2 km away. For fishing enthusiasts, the Garonne River is nearby.

Outside the cottage, there is a barbecue and a garden, perfect for enjoying quality time on the terrace. Children will have access to a playground with a swing set and a closed-off area that used to be a tennis court, where they can play Basque pelota. Small bikes are also available for their enjoyment.

The cottage is located near a road to Spain and a lightly used railway line, with only three trains passing by each day.

Rates for the cottage range from 550 (low season) to 750 (high season). Weekend stays are also possible.

Directions

To reach your destination, simply stay on the A64 road until you reach exit n°17. Once you have passed the toll booth at Montréjeau, quickly merge into the outer lane and follow the green sign indicating Lerida Espagne.
Continue on nationale 125.
Upon reaching Labroquère, proceed straight after the traffic lights and then take the first right turn leading to Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house is the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
