This is an independent cottage that has been beautifully restored in a former Norman armory. It is situated just 50m away from the owners' house, providing a peaceful and tranquil setting. The cottage shares a common garden area, which is not fenced, with a lovely lawn. There is a private entrance and parking available for your convenience.Inside, the cottage features an open kitchen that seamlessly flows into the living room and dining area. There is a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The cottage is equipped with electric heating, and there is a cleaning fee of 30 euros. It is conveniently located near popular destinations such as Etretat, Fecamp, and PONT DE NORMANDIE. There are also shops, a leisure pool, and a downtown harbor within close proximity. Local markets are just a 5-minute drive away, offering a variety of fresh produce.
