This quiet flat is located in front of the sea, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is situated just 20 meters away from a sandy beach, providing easy access to the shore. The flat is spacious and luminous, with a total area of 64 square meters and a 9-square-meter terrace. From the terrace, as well as the living room and kitchen, there are stunning views over the sea.The flat includes two underground garages for convenient parking and an alarm system for added security. It features a well-appointed bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a television. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds, one of which is electrical, and a baby bed is available upon request.
For your convenience, the flat is equipped with a Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, and CD player. There is also a television and DVD player for entertainment purposes. The flat offers ample storage space with wide cupboards.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom features an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin. Additionally, there is a second separate toilet.
If needed, the flat can provide baby accessories upon request. The rental rates are as follows: from July 13th to July 27th at €900 per week, from August 3rd to August 10th at €1000 per week, and from October 5th to October 19th at €450 per week. Cleaning services are available at a cost of €30 to €40.

Directions
To reach Toulon from Marseilles, follow the motorway until you reach La Ciotat. Exit the motorway at La Ciotat and look for the sign indicating "centre ville". Continue following the signs towards the beach ("plage"). Once you reach the middle of the beach, you will notice a new, white flat that resembles a boat.
