Description for B&B:

Our two cottages are completely separate from each other. Suite Pepper can be accessed through an external stone staircase and has its own private terrace measuring 10 square meters, which is shaded by an arbor. The room is 30 square meters in size and faces the sunset. It is furnished with a 160 cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. The bathroom, separated by a glass partition, features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Seed chamber Lin is located in a wing of the house and opens up to a flowered courtyard called Couradou, which emanates the scent of Mediterranean citrus. This room faces south and consists of two interconnected parts, connected by an internal iron staircase crafted by a local artisan. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Description for Gite

This charming former 18th-century silk factory has been beautifully restored in the heart of the tranquil hamlet of Chabanne, conveniently located near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas.

Blending traditional character with contemporary elements, this stone house boasts original chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, as well as modern touches such as a polished concrete floor, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

The 70 m2 cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed (140cm) while the other has twin beds (90cm).

On the main floor, you'll find a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light streaming through a large bay window, is the perfect spot to relax. It is equipped with a kitchenette and a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher for your convenience.

An iron staircase leads to a mezzanine level with a relaxation area and a private terrace of 40 m2. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and the mountains of Tanargue from this secluded spot. The terrace is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

The cottage also benefits from its proximity to several rivers, including the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, offering fantastic swimming spots and excellent fishing opportunities.
