Get cottages located on the peaceful Vendée coast, just a short distance from the sea and beaches. Situated in the picturesque region of Pays de la Loire, 100 miles south of Nantes, these accommodations offer a serene and natural environment. We have a newly built lodging available for up to 6 people, as well as three guest rooms situated in a charming old farm building. The property spans approximately 3 hectares and includes amenities for horses such as fenced paddocks, boxes, a riding arena, and ski upholstery.The cottage features a modern design with brick walls and measures 60m². It includes two bedrooms with 140 beds, a room with two 90 beds, a sink and a spacious shower (1m x 1m), and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, combination stove, electric oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is a small private garden with a BBQ and outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy.
The guest rooms, located in the old farm building, are spacious and range from 24-32 square meters. Two of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while the largest room can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests have access to a conservatory and a shared kitchen, allowing them to enjoy meals on-site. Each room has a separate entrance for privacy.
Conveniently, all shops and services are just 2km away. Guests can easily access the beach by bicycle using small safe routes and bicycle paths. The location also offers numerous opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, and biking. We provide suggested routes that showcase the diverse landscapes of the area, including marshes, farmland, forests, rocky and sandy coastlines, and even off-season beach rides for equestrians.
For those interested in local attractions, Le Puy du Fou and La Rochelle aquarium are only an hour's drive away. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of activities to enjoy, including renowned surf spots like Bud bud spot, sand yachting, speed sailing, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and more. Additionally, there is an adventure park, Indian Forest, just a 10-minute drive away for thrill-seekers.
Nature lovers will be delighted by the nearby Payré point and its holm oaks, as well as the Arçay point and its bird sanctuary. These natural wonders are sure to captivate and inspire.
