The property was refurbished in 2008 and is a duplex apartment located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a cottage near the sea. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the bay of Arguenon from the two spacious terraces measuring 12 and 20 square meters. The interior is tastefully furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, vacuum table, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a large refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for cooking delicious fish dishes. The 30 square meter living room features two comfortable leather sofas, a booster seat, and a multimedia package with a mini TV and access to small TNT channels. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate toilet.On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The South room is decorated in an art deco style and offers a spacious bed measuring 1.60 meters with a cozy quilt. It also has a large wardrobe and two bedside tables. From this room, guests can enjoy a stunning view of the beach and the South landscape. The North room features a large bed measuring 1.60 meters, a single bed measuring 0.90 meters, and three bedside tables. There is also a small cabinet for storage. The room provides a panoramic sea view through its window and has access to a terrace overlooking the North. Additionally, a cot and stroller are available upon request for families with young children.
