Welcome to our lovely and comfortable apartment in the historic center. Situated on a quiet street, it is close to all amenities.This unique 1-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed and a large sofa bed in the lounge. While ideal for 2 people, the double sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people. Please note that there is only 1 bathroom, which is en suite, so the extra 2 people will need to go through the bedroom.
The en suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with clean, modern fittings. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and the spacious lounge includes a dining area.
One of the standout features of the apartment is that it offers unique views over Rue des Litanies, as it bridges over the street.
Renovated in January 2014, the apartment retains its original character while offering modern fixtures for comfort and convenience. Additionally, there is another apartment above, so families and friends can book both apartments and enjoy a holiday together (Ref: 1439318 Maison sur Larc).
Pezenas is a vibrant and creative community nestled among vineyards and sunflower fields, with a calendar filled with events throughout the year. The town boasts wonderful restaurants and cafes with a genuine heartbeat, as well as many boutique shops to tempt you. The beautiful old town center is rich in history and culture to be enjoyed. There is a cinema and three theaters, and a very good and affordable bus service that connects to all villages and towns in the region. The lovely beaches on the south coast are just 25 minutes away, and the National Park of the High Languedoc, with its opportunities for walking, cycling, and visiting historic and beautiful villages, is also a 25-minute drive away. Montpellier is just 50 minutes away.
