This charming house is situated in an ideal location on the bay of Cancale and Mont St Michel, just 400 meters from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet dead end, the house offers complete privacy and is perfect for those seeking rest and relaxation. Conveniently, there are shops within 300 meters, including a grocery store, pharmacy, butcher, four restaurants, bakery, and a bar tobacco.This house is particularly well-suited for families with children, as it is fully equipped with baby essentials such as a crib, bathtub, changing table, and toys. Additionally, we provide seven bikes for our guests to use, catering to both adults and children.
The layout of the house is spacious and well-designed. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a granite fireplace, a dining room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms, one of which includes a TV and DVD player, a large bathroom, and another separate toilet.
This location offers both comfort and tranquility, situated between the coastal towns of Cancale and Mont St Michel. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The price for renting this house ranges from 450E to 1000E per week, depending on the season and the number of people staying. Weekend and extended weekend rates are also available. Additionally, we offer packages that include household linen for an additional fee.
