Welcome to the charming village of Minervois Pouzols! Situated in the Aude region of Languedoc-Roussillon, this village, with its population of 320, is dominated by its ancient castle. Located on the Route Minervoise between Béziers, Narbonne, and Carcassonne, Pouzols Minervois is the perfect stop in the Cathar country of southern Minervois, known for its stunning landscapes and exquisite wines.

With its origins dating back to the ninth century, Pouzols Minervois boasts many remnants of fortifications at the top of the village. The historic parish church of Saint Saturnin, a Romanesque church of Lombard style, is also worth a visit, as it has been recognized as a national monument since 1961.

Rest and tranquility await you in our two spacious houses, each accommodating up to 8 people. Set in old stone buildings, these houses are listed and referenced with 4 ears in the prestigious "Charming Bed 2008" guide.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and just a short distance from the Cave Cooperative of Olive Oil "The Oulibo," you will have the opportunity to taste the excellent wines produced by the Cave Cooperative Pouzols and Mr. Bernard ALBERT's private cellar, a medalist in national wine competitions.

From the comfort of our lodges, you can explore our village and embark on a journey to discover the history, vineyards, and regional specialties of the Cathar country. To satisfy your culinary desires, there is a variety of excellent restaurants in the area, ranging from gourmet establishments to charming taverns along the Canal du Midi.
