Description for B&B:
Nestled on the outskirts of a thick forest, the B & B offers a refreshing escape on the steep slopes of the Gorge of the Aveyron river. Just 1 km away lies Villefranche de Rouergue, the historic royal Bastide. From your bedroom, you can enjoy a tranquil view of the Aveyron river as it peacefully flows beneath, surrounded by a forest of oak and ash trees. Following the course of the river is the scenic country road of La Baume, winding between lush green hills and leading to the entrance of the Gorge of the Aveyron. Within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach the bustling bastide. In the past, these terraces were adorned with vineyards, while the ancient dwelling perched on the hillside served as the wine growers' house. Both the veranda and the terraces offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the surroundings. Accessible through small terraced gardens, your luminous bedroom is tastefully decorated in soothing pastel tones. The B & B features one room accommodating 2 to 3 people, complete with a bathroom (shower, toilet). The living room, shared with the owner, includes a television. Outside, the landscape garden invites you to relax in its outdoor seating area, equipped with a barbecue and a hammock.Reviews
