Nestled in a picturesque hamlet in the Limousin countryside, surrounded by stunning granite landscapes in the Monts de Blond, our cottage offers breathtaking views and a true sense of peace and tranquility.With its megaliths, lakes, and charming chapels, this region is steeped in legend and offers a wonderful base for hiking, cycling, and exploring. Our cottage is approved by the county charter "Home hiker," making it a popular choice for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. It is also connected to a vast mountain biking network, providing access to hundreds of miles of scenic trails through the Monts de Blond and the Confolentais Ambazac Mountains.
Our cottage, awarded 3 ears by Gîtes de France, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Situated on a spacious and bright wooded plot of 5000 m², complete with a small woodland area, it offers a serene and natural setting. Despite its peaceful location, the cottage is conveniently close to amenities in nearby towns such as Oradour sur Glane, Heaven, St Junien, and Limoges, all within a short drive.
There is a wide range of activities available both nearby and on-site, including hiking, mountain biking, cycling, jogging, horseback riding, canoeing, tennis, and swimming. Guests can also enjoy nature discovery and learning experiences, visit the memory center of Oradour sur Glane, explore authentic villages like Montrol Sénard and Mortemart on the edge of the Vienna river, or visit local amusement parks.
