Steeped in history, our house, formerly known as 'Villa Iwan', served as the country retreat for a prosperous Antwerp family before being transformed into an orphanage. After acquiring this remarkable property with its rich heritage, we have meticulously restored it to its former glory. Within this splendid Victorian residence, you will find two luxurious bedrooms boasting ensuite bathrooms. Situated in the heart of Kapellen, within easy reach of restaurants and the railway station, our B&B offers a perfect sanctuary for your stay. As an added treat, we have prepared a welcome surprise of famous Belgian Chocolates that will be awaiting your arrival in your room.

For those visiting the Antwerp Harbour, our B&B provides a delightful alternative to the anonymity of a hotel in the bustling city center.

Please note the following amenities and policies:
- Our establishment is smoke-free and does not accommodate pets. Credit cards are not accepted.
- Motorcyclists and cyclists are most welcome, and we can arrange scenic motor tours upon request.
- We offer a private car park for your convenience.
- Enjoy a 10 percent discount for stays beyond the third night.
- The train and bus station are conveniently located just 250 meters away.
