Located in the charming village of Bergheim, at the heart of Alsace and the famous Wine Route, our newly built house offers a delightful rental opportunity. Positioned at the outskirts of the village, the house boasts stunning views of the Alsatian vineyards and Chateaux 3. Its tranquil surroundings and comfortable amenities ensure a pleasant stay for up to 4 or 5 guests. This cozy house serves as an ideal base for exploring the exceptional tourist attractions in the area. For cycling enthusiasts, the nearby bike path offers picturesque routes to explore (bikes are provided).The ground floor of the house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and the other with both a queen-sized bed and a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooks a private garden that is enclosed and filled with trees, providing a safe space for children to play.
There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking, mountain biking, quad biking, canoeing, golfing, and even tree-top adventures. For those seeking relaxation, there are swimming pools, cinemas, amusement parks, as well as numerous castles and museums in close proximity.
If you visit between late November and the end of December, you will be enchanted by the enchanting Christmas markets and round nurseries that are characteristic of this region. Trés belle location.Maison très bien équipée et bien située pour rayonner dans la région.Les propriétaires sont aussi gentils que disponibles et discrets.Location à retenir sans aucun problème.Si nous revenons dans la région,c'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette maison.Merci encore à Mr et Mme BUrger Alphonse
