The house can be divided into two separate flats if needed:
- The ground floor is 80 m2 and includes a kitchen, living room, two terraces, a bathroom with a WC, two bedrooms (with the possibility of an additional bed in the living room), and a private outdoor car park.
- The first floor is 100 m2 and features a kitchen, living room, terrace, bathroom with a WC, four bedrooms (with the possibility of an additional bed in the living room), and a private outdoor car park.
